Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed the same day or within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders processed late in the day may not ship until the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping to destinations in the US are free. International destinations will have a $20 charge added for shipping.

Delivery Times
Most deliveries in the US can be done within 3 days. However, some remote areas take 4 days. These are estimates based on the US Postal Service Priority Mail.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time we can not ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

Order Tracking
Tracking information can be provided via email once the order has shipped.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label so that we can file a claim. If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days or the USPS confirms the package is lost, we will file a claim. If tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you did not receive the package, please check with household members and neighbors. Contact your local post office and notify us within 3 days of the delivery scan. If USPS confirms misdelivery, we will work with you to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for theft after delivery is confirmed.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns
Orders may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (except for international shipping fee if applicable). Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the order undamaged. Please notify us prior to any return so that we may look for the package and process the refund timely.
